How do I claim my free cleaner?

  1. The free cleaner offer must be on the order at the time the order is put in. If you notice that it is not, you must contact an employee of BW Inc. within 24 hours (including weekends) of when the order was placed to have it added to the order. If it is not on the original order, after the 24 hour period, the promotion for the free cleaner will be null and void.
  2. When you add/select a swimming pool kit to your shopping cart, the option for your free cleaner will appear. You will need to click on "Add my FREE Cleaner" to claim your free cleaner.
  3. Only one cleaner will apply per household, not per order or per number of items ordered.
