Our Thermal Guard walk on spa cover has passed all government standards for safety (ASTM F 1345-91 95SJ) and is U.L. listed. Both sides of our cover are reinforced with FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) and enclose a 2lb. foam core with a center thickness of 6 inches tapering to 4 inches on the sides. This superior design provides the strength and rigidity of a true walk on cover. It is one of the few truly walk on safety covers that is certified by the US and U.L.
